The Hospital Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and a friendly and professional demeanor. The receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Greeting and Registration**:

- Welcome patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Register new patients and update existing patient information in the hospital database.

**2. Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar for healthcare providers.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and minimize wait times.
- Handle appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and follow-up reminders.

**3.** **Communication**:

- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Provide information about hospital services, policies, and procedures.

**4. Billing and Payment Processing**
- Assist patients with billing inquiries and process payments.
- Coordinate with the billing department to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.

**5.Emergency Response**:

- Act as a liaison during emergencies, directing patients and visitors to the appropriate emergency services.
- Follow hospital protocols for emergency situations, including contacting security and medical staff.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
