**WORK HOURS: 6:30PM TO 3:30AM IST (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY)**

iConsultera is seeking young and fresh IT infrastructure professionals for the Ahmedabad office to work on-site in the Nightshift to support, maintain and manage the complete infrastructure. The individuals should have a strong understanding of Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems, network infrastructure, and hardware devices.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Installation of PC/Laptop hardware
- Check and maintain computer hardware inventory such as mouses and keyboards
- Install, configure and manage software and their functions according to specifications
- Develop and maintain local networks
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Assist in and plan training, development and education for new software and hardware
- Troubleshoot to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes
- Maintain hardware and software inventory
- Maintain expenses
- Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders when necessary
- Troubleshooting user devices including Desktops, Laptops, Tablet, Mobile phones, VOIP Phones, Routers, Headsets.
- Managing inventory, stock reports and ordering new peripherals and desktop machines.
- Managing VOIP lines, administering portals and vendor management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Diploma/Certification in Information Technology
- 6+ months’ experience in computer networks and systems maintenance
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
- Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required

Note: This is an on-site job in Ahmedabad and requires the individuals to work from our office during US hours.
