**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Manage a team of managers for Direct Sales
- Life Insurance Sourcing.

Also to source products including Motor, Health, Deposits, Mutual Fund etc.
- Detailed Role
- Wealth & Insurance Training, Joint Calls, Business Tracking, Client

Auditing, Analyzing Performance, Relationship Management
- Must have done Insurance sales earlier

Achieving Targets of the Teams assigned to him and of the members
- Responsible along with the Territory Manager for ensuring Performing Employee targets are met and also adhering to cost budgets
- Responsible for processes, following them, changing them, auditing them

Market Performance, Knowledge, and Share of market, ensure targets are met
- Ensures cross sales
- Recruitment of Team members
- Strategy on Sources: Deepening of relationship with direct sales and open market.

Monitor the Sales Executives DAR
- Regular meeting with team members and joint calls with executives once a week

understand any issues
- Ensure roles of Sales executive are performed as defined

3. Graduation compulsory

4. With English communication skill.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
