**Job Description - Senior Software Development Engineer - Backend (Java)**:
Work Place: Bangalore, HSR Layout

Work Mode: Work From Office (Mon-Fri)

**You are eligible for this role if you are**:

- **4+ years of experience** in software development and programming.
- Graduate or above in CS or other Engineering/Computing streams.

**You must have**:

- Good skills in Problem Solving, Analytical thinking, **Data Structures and Algorithms.**
- **Excellent hands-on coding in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices**
- **Understanding of the development process using Git** and code reviews.
- Excellent hands-on development using **Databases** (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team Player attitude with willingness to lead wherever necessary.

**It will be nice if you have**:

- Passport to travel on a need basis in a suitable environment. Better still if you have a valid US Business Visa.
- Working knowledge of Cloud (Azure/Google Cloud/AWS).
- Working knowledge of Caches and Event Driven Systems.
