**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the operation theatre before surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment, instruments, and supplies are sterile and ready for use.
- Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals during surgical procedures, anticipating their needs and providing support as required.
- Set up and operate surgical equipment and instrumentation, including but not limited to, anesthesia machines, surgical lights, and suction devices.
- Prepare patients for surgery, including positioning them on the operating table and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
- Monitor vital signs and other patient indicators during surgery, alerting the surgical team to any abnormalities or concerns.
- Maintain a sterile environment in the operation theatre, following strict infection control protocols and guidelines.
- Clean and disinfect surgical instruments and equipment after procedures, ensuring they are properly sterilized and stored for future use.
- Assist with transporting patients to and from the operation theatre, ensuring their safety and comfort during transit.
- Participate in the inventory management of operation theatre supplies and equipment, assisting with ordering and restocking as needed.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or certification in Operation Theatre Technology or a related field.
- Previous experience working as an OT Technician or in a similar role in a healthcare setting, preferably in a surgical environment.
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and equipment used in various types of surgeries, especially those related to mothers and children.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
