Responsibilities:

- Creation of Designs and Samples in Indo-Ethnic womenswear (Lehengas, Sarees, Suits, Dresses, etc) matching the season's latest styles and trends
- Communication with the internal and external assets, such as Kaarigars, Tailors, Dyers, Production Team, etc.
- Help in Costing and Production
- Market Research about latest fashion trends
- External outreach which includes Kaarigar and Tailor visits. Also going to designer stores and exhibitions
- Work closely with the sales and the production team to understand the buyer trends and create designs accordingly
- Face to Face Communication with the Buyers for a better experience for them and to understand their needs.
- Procurement of fabrics, raw materials, etc.

Qualities and Skills:

- Minimum 4 year experience in Indian Womenswear Fashion Designing and deep understanding of this industry
- Must have a key understanding of fabrics, raw materials, tailoring, etc.
- Must have past exposure with Kaarigar dealings and costing in terms of working with other fashion brands
- Must have creativity and enthusiasm for fashion and up to date with seasonal styles
- Designing and Presentational Skills

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Fixed shift
