1. Maintain the machine as per GMP requirements and operate as per the SOPs.

2. Responsible for achieving the production target as per predefined norms with quality product

3. Ensure the production is done within the range of accepted wastage norms

4. Attending to the machine break down & quick rectification of machine to healthy condition

5. Machine down time record to be updated on hourly basis with accurate notification of problems.

6. Adherence to 4M check in the shift

7. Maintain the line for clearing the ALC

8. Monitor and control the machine set parameters for achieving the required qty filled in the packing unit.

9. Trouble shooting of machines in case of need

10. Monitor & control the packing team members for effecting sorting & packing

11. Monitor the powder flow & availability for smooth running of the machine.

12. Adherence to the quality system procedure, hygiene requirements and food safety principles like CCP in the line.

13. Responsible for effective part string operation and rework handling.

14. Monitor and ensure that assets in been well taken care without any damage and Missing parts.

15. Adherence to SOP in terms scraps handling & accounting.
Ensure good documentation practice is been followed with Zero documentation error on daily bases.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
