Genius Herbs is seeking a talented, passionate, and **experienced Tea bag Machine Operator **to join our Manufacturing team full time, to help us produce quality well-being products

Tea bag Machine Operation:

- Operates equipment to meet or exceed standard production rates while minimizing packaging material wastage.
- Immediately communicates any hazards or unsafe actions to the lead.
- Replenishes supplies such as overwrap, boxes, cartons, glue, ink, wire, filter paper, or labels.
- Can recognize, interpret, and respond to conditions outside of tolerance within authorized permissions.
- Adheres to company policies, safety processes, and GMP procedures.
- Rotates work stations frequently to provide variety and training opportunities, including conveyors, automated case packing, and manual packing assignments as required.

Quality Monitoring:

- Continuously inspects tea bags and finished products to maintain cleanliness, error-free production, adherence to specifications, food safety, and high quality.
- Observes machine operation to identify issues affecting quality.
- Ensures completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting and tracking.

Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience in production/manufacturing.
- Proficiency in operating high-speed machinery.
- Understanding of basic mathematics, weights, and measures.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Familiarity with GMPs and food safety standards.
- Comfortable using computers and software.
- Collaborative attitude towards achieving common goals with coworkers.
- Ability to issue and receive instructions using established guidelines.
- Consistently and accurately completes work tasks in assigned order.
- Flexibility to work other shifts/hours as required, including overtime during peak seasons.
- Experience working in a continuous production environment with exposure to noise, dust, moving machinery, forklifts, and temperature fluctuations.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
