Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for improved performance.
Monitor campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and make data-driven adjustments.
Work with design team to strategize and build creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve conversions.
Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Implement tracking tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, UTM parameters) to measure performance.
Stay updated with latest trends and algorithm changes in digital advertising.
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.
**Requirements**:
3+ years of experience in Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaign management.
Strong understanding of PPC, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ad tracking tools.
Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM), UTM tagging, and conversion tracking.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic ad optimizations.
Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives.
Prior experience in B2C e-commerce, travel, or local service industries is a plus.
