**About the Role**:
Zouma Consulting Services is looking for dynamic and confident **International Callers** to join our growing U.K. operations team. This role involves outbound and inbound calling to assist with client coordination, appointment setting, verification calls, and process follow-ups for U.K.based clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to clients in the U.K. for appointment scheduling, confirmations, or follow-ups.
- Handle inbound queries professionally and route them appropriately.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English, maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and document client interactions.
- Follow up on open cases and ensure resolution within the required timelines.
- Adhere to company policies, data protection norms, and quality standards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Ability to handle calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate or pursuing final year.

**Preferred Profile**:

- Prior experience in international BPO or voice process (U.K. or U.S. shift) is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in U.K. shift timings.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
