Ui/ux Designer

**Job Summary**:
The **UI/UX Designer** will be responsible for the design and user experience of the various products currently developing by the company This includes crafting functional and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces, wireframing, prototyping, and ensuring the overall user experience is seamless and intuitive. The designer will work closely with product managers, AI/ML engineers, and hardware teams to ensure the system is easy to interact with and accessible to various user groups.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop user interfaces for the AI projects, ensuring the system is intuitive, user-friendly, and meets the needs of all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and embedded systems teams to understand the technical requirements and integrate complex sensor data and prediction results into the user interface.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and continuously improve the user experience.
- Create wireframes, mock ups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Define UI patterns, design systems, and interaction guidelines to maintain consistency across the product.
- Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are feasible and can be implemented as intended.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and usability tests to enhance the overall experience.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, ensuring the product stays competitive and accessible.
- Work with stakeholders to define user personas and user journeys that help guide the design process.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure designs meet the project milestones and performance standards.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's or Master’s in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
- Proven experience designing user interfaces for complex systems, ideally in industries such as aerospace, GIS and defence sector.
- Strong experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
- Expertise in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and usability best practices.
- Experience with user research methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability testing) to inform design decisions.
- Experience collaborating with developers to ensure designs are accurately translated into code.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other wireframing/prototyping tools.
- Strong knowledge of UI design systems and interaction patterns.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems from a design perspective.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to maintain design consistency throughout the product.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with designing for real-time systems or sensor-driven interfaces.
- Familiarity with agile development processes and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Experience in the aerospace, defence, particularly with safety-critical systems.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive design.
- Experience with motion design or interactive elements to enhance user experience.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
