- If you are an accounting graduates with relevant accounting experience and a sound knowledge of end-to-end accounts payable process._
- In this role, you shall be responsible for work on strict deadlines, in a fairly high-pressure business environment while being an outstanding teammate._
- Responsibilities_
- _Establish deep relationship with key client stakeholders and understand and address customer pain points and vision_
- _You are accountable for Accounts Payable process which involves activities like Document management, Invoice processing, Trade and Non-Trade (EDI & Non-EDI), vendor maintenance, Database corrections of vendor information, Intercompany Non-Trade payments and handling exceptions_
- _Understand different processes of the customer across markets and geographies - identify opportunities to drive synergies and cost out from consolidation, standardization, continuous improvement, transformation, and bench marking across all centers. Own the road map._
- _Own the standard process design and control environment, push back on unwarranted deviations from the standard_
- _Drive a culture of continuous risk assessment, mitigation, and appropriate customer communication_
- _Review the E2E Metrics and identify risks, opportunities_
- _Partner with customer and transformation leader in defining and driving the PTP transformation agenda_
- _Bring in the latest best practices from different accounts_
- _Mentor operations team in implementing process improvements_
- _Provide direction and coaching to the operations team to align to customer goals and deliver on commitments consistently_
- _Proactively share success stories with the client organization and G_
- _Manage preparation of all related month end reports as part of the month-end close process._
- _Prior P2P Operations experience in the BPO Industry with driving transformation / projects experience_
- _Proven ability to Identify opportunities and drive standardization, Continuous improvement, and productivity_
- _Creative thinking/innovative mind-set/solution orientation_
- _Ability to foresee risks, be proactive and predictive while developing risk mitigation plans_
- _Ability to build impactful customer relationship and drive collaborative behavior and work across levels within G and Customer Org_

- Minimum qualifications_
- _B. Com Graduations (MBA - Finance preferred)_
- _Relevant experience in Accounts Payable domain_
- _Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Influencing Skills_

- _Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions_
