**Role**:Google Cloud Partner Marketing TVC
**Location**:Remote but based in [Mumbai - Delhi NCR - Bangalore - Pune]
**About the role**:
This role is for Partner Marketing. Google Cloud works with an ecosystem of partners including resellers, global system integrators, Tech and ISV partners to build mindshare and source demand for Google Cloud Platform [GCP] and Google Workspace [GWS]. Our singular goal is to source demand measured as pipeline generated in US$ and qualified sales opportunities [QSOs] against investments made [RoI]
**What you will be doing**:
- Manage a strategic set of partners to help plan, execute, monitor partner-led marketing budgets and activities
- Build business-aligned marketing plans with partners at the beginning of each half year cycle [Jan-Dec]
- Drive regular cadence with partners to monitor execution through interlock with target accounts, personas, vendors, activities, content and speakers
- Track and monitor plans, investments, pipeline, opportunities, campaign submission, campaign closure and performance analysis
- Ensure adherence to Google Cloud brand guidelines
- Contribute to ad-hoc requests such as to-partner activities, PR and customer references as needed
**What you need to be great in this role**:
- Results Oriented: Proven experience in delivering measurable results, and rooted in planning, monitoring, executing and reporting with the highest regard for accuracy & integrity.
- Very comfortable with numbers, working on Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, dashboards, reporting tools
- Tech industry experience, can quickly grasp nuances of the cloud business
- Experience in partner marketing / handling partners.
- Accountable, self disciplined and self-motivated with an eye for details
- Effective in written and verbal communication [mainly in English]
- Embody Google Cloud's values of _respecting the opportunity, respecting the user and respecting each other_ consistently and without compromise
- Operate from a place of inclusivity, respect and humility
- MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum of 8 years of work experience in a tech based company, including partner marketing experience.
