**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to current students to request references or referrals to potential new students.

Data Multiplication: Gather information from each call, including student references, contact details, and additional data relevant to our student recruitment efforts.

Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with students to encourage participation in the referral process and enhance overall satisfaction with our services.

Effective Communication: Clearly articulate the purpose of the call, the importance of student referrals, and the benefits of our educational consultancy services.

Data Management: Accurately record all information obtained during calls in our database or CRM system, ensuring completeness and correctness of data.

Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls as necessary to obtain missing information, confirm details, or address any concerns raised by students.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data collected by adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of call outcomes, referral sources, and any feedback provided by students.

Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices for maximizing student referrals and data multiplication efforts.

Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, confidentiality agreements, and ethical standards at all times.

**Requirements**:
Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging phone manner.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with students.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and management.

Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software or databases.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or data entry is advantageous but not mandatory.

Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma; pursuing or completed higher education preferred.

Duration: This is an internship position with a duration of 3 months. Extension or conversion to a permanent role may be considered based on performance and organizational needs.
