**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Job Description**:
(a) To Prepare and maintain the various MIS.

(b) To prepare and send the Notice, Agenda and Agenda papers for the Committee meetings, as per the instructions of Compliance Officer and to prepare the minutes of the Committee meetings.

(c) To Assist Compliance Officer in Compliance related work.

(d) To Assist Compliance Officer for preparing and filing of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly returns.

(g) To Assist Compliance Officer in preparing half yearly and yearly website disclosures.

Further assignment can be allotted as per the requirements time to time
