.you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing acomprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring consistency inbranding across all channels. You will be responsible for managing a talented team of writers,editors, and designers to create high-quality, engaging content that supports our marketingcampaigns and business growth.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company'sbusiness objectives.Lead and manage a team of writers, editors, and designers to create high-quality content,including blog posts, articles, videos, and marketing materials.Collaborate closely with marketing, SEO, social media, and creative teams to align contentwith campaigns and strategic initiatives.Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely production and delivery ofcontent across all channels.Ensure all content reflects the company’s tone, style, and voice, maintaining brandintegrity across all touchpoints.Monitor content performance metrics to refine content strategy and optimize futureinitiatives.Stay updated on industry trends to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in a related field.2-4 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related field.Experience leading a content team in a fast-paced environment, preferably within EdTechor a related industry.Strong portfolio showcasing content creation and successful campaigns.Proven expertise in developing and executing content strategies that align with businessobjectives.Strong leadership and team management skills to lead a diverse team of content creators,writers, and designers.Deep understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to create content that rankshighly in search engines.Excellent communication skills, including strong writing and editing abilities.PERFORMANCE METRICS:
- Successful development and execution of content strategy aligned with business goals.Adherence to content calendar with timely production and delivery.Efficiency in managing content production, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.Effective cross-department collaboration to support marketing and business strategies.2.
