**Location**: Noida, Sector 62

**Role Overview**:
We are hiring a proactive **Operations Executive** to support international healthcare recruitment for markets like UAE, UK, and Canada. The role involves managing documentation, data flow, financial calculations, and coordinating interviews to ensure seamless placement processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect and verify documentation for international placements of nurses and doctors.
- Manage data flow and maintain compliance with country-specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and provide real-time updates to management.
- Calculate placement-related costs and oversee financial aspects.
- Coordinate and streamline interview processes.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Financial acumen for cost calculations.
- Experience in healthcare recruitment or international placements is a plus.

**What We Offer**:

- Hands-on training and supportive work culture.
- Day shift, 5.5 working days (alternate Saturdays working).
- Office-based role: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
- Competitive salary based on skills and experience.
