At Brainwonders, we are committed to transforming lives through scientifically backed career counselling and guidance services. We are looking for experienced **Senior Career Consultants/Counsellors** who are passionate about guiding individuals toward fulfilling academic and career paths.

**Role: Senior Career Consultant / Counsellor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one career counselling sessions with students, graduates, and working professionals.
- Analyze and interpret psychometric and biometric (DMIT) assessments to recommend suitable career paths.
- Guide clients through academic planning, career exploration, stream selection, and goal setting.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on aptitude, interest, personality, and intelligence profiles.
- Lead seminars, webinars, and presentations for schools, colleges, and corporate clients.
- Assist in building and enhancing Brainwonders’ counselling methodology and resource materials.
- Maintain client records, prepare career reports, and manage post-counselling follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address client queries and provide ongoing support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or related field (Ph.D. is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in career counselling, education, or psychology.
- Proficiency in administering and interpreting psychometric/aptitude assessments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Ability to handle client sessions independently and manage multiple cases.
- Passionate about career development and student success.
- Knowledge of Brainwonders services (especially DMIT) is an advantage.
- Willingness to occasionally travel for seminars, workshops, and client meetings.
