**About BSG**
- Business Solutions Group in any bank plays a very vital role in designing, developing and implementing solutions which are robust, stable, efficient and scalable. This Unit performs a 360 degree role in designing solutions which are customer friendly, operationally efficient, risk conscious, cost effective and regulatory compliant._

**About the Role**
- This role plays a very critical role in CMS, GB & CM BSG Unit to lead a unit of banking SMEs and contribute towards designing and implementing technology solutions related to_
- _New Product Rollouts, integrations and implementations_
- _Ongoing business and regulatory requirements_
- _New System Set up to automate and rationalize processes_
- _Migration of set-ups from one system to another_
- _Issues resolution through technology solutions_
- _Working on Agile methodology managed projects_

**Key Responsibilities**
- _To possess complete ownership of the Business Requirements/Solutions for any new Business initiative or customizations in the existing solutions_
- _To review Functionality Specifications documents vis-à-vis Business requirements_
- _To design process flow changes, in partnership with Operations and other Units_
- _To take ownership of resolution of all functional issues/bugs in the systems_
- _To address impact of regulatory changes on the system functionalities and ensure compliance_
- _To interface with Regulators/Audit/Compliance with regards to explaining the system functionalities_
- _To have regular strategic interactions with Technology partners/vendors with respect to system functionalities, product roadmap, technology trends etc._

**Qualifications**
- Optimal qualification for success on the job is:_
- _Graduation/Post Graduation with relevant project management / system implementation experience with strong domain knowledge of related banking products_
- _Almost 5-10 years’ experience in Banking industry, preferably working in product management or product development functions_

**Role Proficiencies**:
**_ Knowledge_**
- _In depth knowledge of various CMS, Govt Banking and Capital Market products_
- _Relevant Banking domain/techno-functional knowledge of interfaces/integrations/underlying business processes_
- _Strong exposure on Online channels like internet banking, host2host solutions for corporate clients is an added advantage_

**_ Skills_**
- _Strong Project Management and execution skills_
- _Experience in Agile and Waterfall Methodologies would be added advantage._
- _Effective Management skills with hands-on approach and Can-do attitude_

**_ Abilities_**
- _Ability to work effectively across functions and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others_
- _Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment_
- _Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals_
