**Job Description for Marketing Executive**

The position holder will be responsible for assisting students in upgrading their Distance education through WSM. She/he will guide the students on study options available as per their Job or interest. She/he will work on specific targets and at the same time can have a lucrative income in the form of salary and incentives.

The position holder will be liable for:
(i) Achieving specified targets
(ii) Should be able to maintain a good rapport with the team at work
(iii) Should be prompt in replying to students queries
(iv) Active participation and contribution is expected during working hours.

Core Functions:
Maximize the revenue generation of the company
Achieve organizational goals
Maintain discipline and code of conduct
Rendering excellent services to students
Lead generation through Mass-Counseling, Individual counseling, Cold Calling and referral marketing (Canopy Presentation, Pamphlet distribution and nearby location marketing activities)

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
