Junior Ielts Tutor

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Teach IELTS to the students
- Teach SPOKEN ENGLISH to the students
- Conducting the mock tests
- Ensure discipline is maintained in the class as well as in the institute.
- Keep a track of student’s learning process and scores.
- Provide relevant feedback to the students.
- Be able to suggest the students their concerned areas of improvement
- Recording the daily attendance.
- Timely checking of the writing tasks.

**Skills**:

- Result oriented
- Should be able to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Ability to use software used for classroom teaching [Word/Powerpoint/Excel]
- Effective classroom coverage
- Effective board coverage
- Effective teacher-student engagement

**Knowledge**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Should be well versed with the exam structure.
- Should be well versed with the module structure [question types]
- Fluency in all four **ACADEMIC** modules of Writing, Reading, Listening & Speaking.
- Fluency in the **GT** module of Writing [Letter].
- Excellent knowledge regarding Writing tasks evaluation
