**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **IELTS (Academic & General) training** sessions for students.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons covering **Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking** modules.
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Develop and implement **effective strategies, study materials, and mock tests** to enhance learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns, scoring techniques, and teaching methodologies.
- Conduct one-on-one doubt-solving sessions and provide personalized guidance.
- Track student progress and maintain records for performance evaluation.
- Assist in developing online/offline training programs and materials.
- Encourage students to enhance their English language skills and build confidence in communication.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s/Master’s degree** in English, Education, or a related field.
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in IELTS training (preferred)
