**Job Purpose**

This is for the position in the Consulting & Corporates division at Acuity, one of the fastest growing segments within the firm.
- It offers an opportunity to independently manage & lead projects related to secondary research (specifically quantitative projects)
- Experience in corporate finance and consulting research is an added advantage
- Knowledge of databases such as Factset, CapIQ, Data Stream and Thomson would be an added advantage

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conducting secondary research across industries to understand company’s financial position, growth drivers, cost breakdown, ownership analysis, segmental analysis, industry KPIs, historical trends & forecasts, etc.
- Adhoc requests would include company valuation, M&A research, competitive benchmarking, industry research, market sizing, country and industry regulatory research, financial fact packs, case studies, financial due diligence, among others.
- Rapid research - data collation and presentation from databases or Internet search - Understand client requirement, scope projects, manage end-to-end execution and delivery (work allocation, research, analysis, synthesized insights, quality control, delivery).

**Key Competencies**
- 1-8 years of experience in the similar profile.
- MBA from Tier 1 college / CA/ CFA or an equivalent degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Structuring the deliverables & developing new capabilities.
- Demonstrate strength and experience in client relationship building.
- Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Ability to achieve individual & team targets by mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Attitude to learn and gel up with the team.
- Flexibility as per the work /client project requirements.
- Strong problem solving abilities and analytical thinking skill.
