**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Program Management**:

- Drive the effective execution and impactful culmination of all the modules ( Life Skill, Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy and sustainability).
- Ensure sessions are delivered as per the set process and audit compliance.
- Manage team members and plan resources to achieve program objectives.

2. **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and develop comprehensive entrepreneurship and financial literacy curricula for different grade levels.
- Ensure curriculum aligns with educational standards and school goals.

3. **Team Training and Guidance**:

- Train and guide the team of facilitators and mentors to deliver entrepreneurship and financial literacy programs to students.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure team members are equipped to facilitate interactive and engaging lessons.
- Ensure team members are knowledgeable about the curriculum and can effectively mentor students.
- Mentor and support students in developing their own innovative ideas and projects.

**4. Academic and Field Trip Planning**:

- Design and execute curriculum-aligned field trips to enhance experiential learning opportunities.
- Plan and organize academic events, workshops, and guest lectures.

**5. Design Thinking and Problem-Solving**:

- Integrate design thinking into problem-solving approaches.
- Encourage students to develop innovative solutions to real-world problems.

6. **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, presentations, and assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their entrepreneurial and financial literacy skills.
- Track and report on student progress and outcomes.

**7. Community Engagement and Partnerships**:

- Arrange for guest speakers and industry experts to share their experiences and insights with students.
- Coordinate student participation in local and national entrepreneurship and financial literacy competitions.

**8. Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in entrepreneurship and financial literacy education.

**Requirements**:
1. **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

2. **Experience**:Proven experience in program management, curriculum development, and team leadership.

3. **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of entrepreneurship and financial literacy concepts.
- Strong knowledge of Design-thinking process and problem solving
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students and team members.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
