**Responsibilities**: The scrum master facilitates and champions the agile ways of working by coaching and mentoring development teams, identifying, and eliminating impediments, and promoting the use of standards and best practices.
- Help the Product Team to understand and adopt the Miba Agile Ways of Working- Contribute to the Agile Master Community- Ensure agile activities and ceremonies fulfill their purpose including sprint retrospectives, sprint planning, sprint reviews and daily stand-up meetings.- Ensure that all meetings are positive, productive, stay on topic, and are kept within the timebox.- Helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment- Champion and facilitate adoption of agile standards, tools, and best practices in their Product Team.- Causing the removal of impediments to the Product Team’s progress- Utilize team feedback and metrics (e.g., quality, delivery, cadence, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity and work with team to continuously improve.- Help the team to improve collaboration and self-management, promoting healthy interactions both within the team and with external stakeholders. Support the team in using agile planning and development tools (e.g. Azure DevOps).- Experiment with new practices and frameworks to improve team outcomes.- Actively participate in learning opportunities such as communities of practice or conferences to improve skills and better support the team.- Contribute to the advancement and improvement of agile practices within the organization.- Helping the Product Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items- Helping the Product Team focus on prioritised business value Backlog Items**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as Scrum/Agile Master in IT or similar positions-
- Excellent knowledge of agile methods (e.g. including Scrum/Kanban) in theory and practice (proven track record)- Experience with agile planning and development tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, JIRA)- Empathy to adapt processes to customer needs based on the Agile Manifesto- Strong organizational skills, a structured, self-organized working approach and problem solving skills (for team, goals, customers)- Coaching skills and ability to motivate teams- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing- Scrum Master certification (Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master)- Communication strength, fluent in English and intercultural skillsAt Miba, we believe that diversity generates and drives innovation.
