**Qualification Required**:
**-Diploma / B.E. in Chemical or Mechanical**

**-B.Sc. / M.Sc.**

**-MBA in Marketing or Any Graduate**

**Experience**:
**-2 to 3 years of experience in marketing of industrial products/Back office experience**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**-Office preparation and coordination**

**-Follow-up on submitted offers to help close deals**

**-Processing Sales Orders/D.A. and coordinating with stores for**

**dispatch formalities**

**-Preparation of general dispatch documents-Dispatch documentation as per customer requirements**

**(especially for Government Projects)**

**-Payment follow-up from clients**

**-Maintaining service report summaries for field engineers and**

**submitting to seniors**

**-Assisting Lead Engineers in tender preparation and document**

**compilation**

**-Coordination with Finance and Legal Departments for**

**pre/post-dispatch documentation such as BG/EMD, etc.**

**-Knowledge of technical products and industrial solutions is**

**essential**

**-Prior experience in B2B or industrial product marketing is**

**preferred**
