Job Summary: Senior Executive - Finance and Accounts

As an Audit Assistant specializing in financial reporting, you will support the audit team in

conducting financial audits and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

You will assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, analyze financial data, and

contribute to the overall efficiency of the audit process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Audit Support: Assist in planning and executing financial audits, including fieldwork,

testing, and documentation.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Help prepare and review financial statements in

accordance with IndAS.
- Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and

areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of audit findings, working

papers.
- Compliance Checks: Review financial records and processes to ensure compliance with

applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Auditor Interaction: Communicate effectively with Auditor to complete audit and

Limited review on timely basis.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to support audit objectives and

deliver high-quality results.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and

auditing practices to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

- Education: CA Inter - Cleared (Preferably Both Groups). - Not Appearing for CA finals.
- Experience: Previous internship or experience in accounting or auditing is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word); familiarity with

accounting software is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the

ability to present findings clearly.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple

tasks.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
