LimitedJob requirementsThe candidate shall be well versed with ESG space and shall have demonstrated experience of executing research reports on companies and sectors in the ESG, sustainability and climate change domain. The candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in ESG OR Equity Research.Functional Responsibility / Domain Related-Ensure high quality of ESG analysis and research output on companies and sectors-Assisting in planning and completion of research projects on schedule-Working in project teams, coordinating internally to deliver the final output-Analytical interactions with the clients, including client presentations for pitching and assignment delivery-Interaction with industry sources for secondary research (modeling and desk research) for the respective sector and /or company-Take initiative to work on new themes, franchise in focus areasPeople Development and team work-Groom younger team members-Work across cross-functional teamsSkills-Ability to analyse companies based on their ESG disclosures-Ability to undertake gap analysis with regards to company’s ESG disclosures-Ability to undertake high quality analysis and showcase strong analytical capability-Ability to promptly assess sector level changes, trends and events-Ability to think out of the box and come out with innovative solutions/ideas-Ability to make high quality presentations-Strong written English and communication skills-Work seamlessly with other cross functional teams-Positive attitude, energetic and ability to work across teams within tight deadlinesExperienceAt least 1-2 years in Research in ESG spaceQualificationMSc/MBA/CA/CFA with BE preferredCompensation will be given as per report basis.
