We are looking to hire individuals for the post of Back Office Executive of our company.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Managing back-end operations of our online E-commerce website
- Processing orders by coordination between internal teams
- Checking quality of final product
- Ensuring proper product packaging
- Effective correspondence with various parties
- Tracking shipments and updating order status
- Passing daily entries in the system
- Ensure strict adherence of internal procedures
- Proficient with MS Excel shortcuts
- Good English communication skills
- Good correspondence skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Willingness and desire to learn
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Knowledge of Accounting & Tally will be an added advantage

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai - 400701, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
