Ensuring that all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with current immigration laws and regulations.

Reviewing and analyzing case files to identify potential issues and risks, and providing guidance to immigration attorneys and staff to ensure timely and successful case processing.

Communicating with clients to collect necessary information and documentation, and keeping them informed about the status of their cases.

Managing and training staff responsible for document preparation, filing, and tracking of immigration cases.

Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to document management, including file organization, retention, and retrieval.

Staying up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations, and ensuring that the company's policies and procedures are compliant with these changes.

Managing and maintaining records of all immigration cases and documents, and ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

Coordinating with government agencies and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely processing of cases.

Performing other duties as assigned by management.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
