**Responsibilities**
- Accurately enter and update data related to inventory, sales, and customer information in the company’s database.
- Maintain detailed records of all jewellery pieces, including descriptions, pricing, and specifications.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to verify and reconcile data entries.
- Utilize Gati software for logistics and shipment tracking.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in data entry, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Proficiency in Gati software for logistics and shipment tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
