Sc Assistant Supervisor

**Overview**

**Main Purpose**:

- SAP SME for Channo on Production Planning and Demand Planning

**Responsibilities**

**Accountability**:
**Demand Planning**
- Annual / Quarterly Forecasts : Coordinating with India BU Finance, Franchise and Category teams for AOP and Quarterly forecasts
- Monthly Forecasts : Coordinating with Bottlers for Monthly forecasts
- Analysis, Refinement and Timely Submission of AOPs and quarterly forecasts to Finance for financial planning processes
- Analysis : Weekly / Fortnightly Forecast analysis withing PGCS vs trending volumes to suggest forecast refinement
- Forecast upload to SAP
- Analysis : Tracking sales volumes vs uploaded forecasts and coordinate essential changes as and when necessary
- S&OPs : Coordinate meetings using agreed decks and KPIs with all bottlers on monthly basis, minuting action planning and follow up for closure of actions as per agreed timelines
- Controls : Follow all controls and maintain essential documentation as per GCS process for all planning processes under the ambit of this job
- Analyze and report system (PGCS + bottler) inventory cover on a weekly basis and lead necessary actions for correcting the same upward / downward to ensure target service levela and mínimal inventory write offs

**Production Planning**
- Based on uploaded volumes to SAP ensure a monthly and weekly planning through a well coordinated cross functional weekly review
- Ensure / coordinate raw and packing material availability for the production plan provided
- Ensure minimization of inventory obsolescence through well coordinated production planning post inputs from inventory planner, material planner, production team, quality function, SC&P lead etc.
- Ensure through production planning salvage of SLOB / Blocked inventory at Channo to minimize losses, working closely with Inventory management lead
- Controls : Maintain all controls are well understood, implemented and documented as per GCS requirements
- Reports : Weekly and monthly analysis and reporting of agreed KPIs and refine them time to time for driving
- improvement in planning both demand and production Oil Mix planning support : Provide inputs for Oil Mixing to Key Holder on monthly basis
- SAP based production planning : Ensure knowledge transfer and effective transition of Channo plant from manual production planning to SAP based production planning process. Embed, track and report regularly KPIs to reflect progress
- New Products : Ensure timely scheduling and delivery of New products to deliver target “speed to market”
- Capacity Planning support : Ensure inputs from Engineering and coordinate with production for planning of any long plant / section maintaineance shuts etc.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of SAP & MS office, Team Management, Cross functional coordination and Conflict management, Quality and safety awareness, Cost and quality focus, strategic planning, Communication skil and Customer centricity.
- Engineering graduate with 3-6 years of experience is required.
- Post Graduation in supply chain/ management would be an added advantage.
- Person should have high learnability and good written and oral communication. Should be comfortable working in an ambiguous and fast paced seasonal environment. Ability to multitask and handle multi party stakeholders at the same time balancing priorities is needed.
