**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES**
- To conduct Kick off meetings with owners and interior executives, to understand their Interior proposal. Based on their proposal, fit-out Instructions will be shared accordingly.
- To coordinate, monitor & support design submissions, feedbacks & approval
- To monitor site condition works to ensure safety & quality standards
- Fit out works should ensure the interior design and fit-out meets the specific fit out requirements in accordance to health and safety regulations.
- Ensure the fit-out of the apartment should be as per design strategy following statutory regulations.
- To ensure the fit-out implementation process, rules, regulations and other requirements are as per the Manual / Guide set by Facility Management.
- Envisage issues pertaining to tenancy fit-out works and liaise closely with project team for solution
- Follow up to ensure timely completion of fit-out works by tenants
- Any Violation done by the Owners will be informed over mail and the works will be stopped until reinstating to normal.
- Ensure work is done in co-ordination with Project Team so that the Interiors do not damage the common shafts, pipes and adhere to standard compliance.
- Ensure the Renovation Debris is removed by their Contractors maintaining silent hours.
