Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, document business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions align with business needs.
- Define and execute test plans, test cases, and UAT scenarios for ServiceNow SPM implementations.
- Perform functional and regression testing to validate system changes and enhancements.
- Support change management efforts, including training, documentation, and user adoption.
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and issue resolution.
- Monitor platform performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow QA, Business Analysis, or Functional Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow SPM, including Portfolio and Demand Management.
- Experience with test automation tools for ServiceNow is a plus.
- Exposure to ITSM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules is beneficial.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
