**Job Overview**:
As a Site Supervisor at Lekha Interiors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our interior design projects. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating on-site activities, managing the construction team, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your attention to detail, leadership skills, and ability to communicate effectively will contribute to the overall success of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the project manager and design team to understand project requirements.
- Develop a thorough understanding of project timelines, budgets, and specifications.

**2. On-Site Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities on construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and industry standards.

**3. Team Leadership**:

- Lead, motivate, and manage on-site construction teams.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues.

**4. Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards.
- Identify and address any issues that may affect the project's quality.

**5. Communication**:

- Maintain effective communication with the project manager, design team, and subcontractors.
- Provide regular project updates, highlighting milestones and potential challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
