Understand the Wildly Important Goals (WIG’s) for Smart Compliance and drive the teams to make significant contributions
- Develop high performance team playing a key role in organization meeting or exceeding the goals for the Implementation Organization
- Responsible for managing client expectations, spearhead transformational activities
- Balancing the competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risk to produce the specified product, service, or result
- Assess/evaluate client needs for initial scope of project, determine project plan. Desire to strongly lead clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication.
- Responsible for managing client expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze business problems and assist in design solution
- Strong internal communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization (development, sales, operations etc.).
- Strong focus on team environment.
- Assist in creating processes and procedures that will streamline implementation processes. This will include documentation needed for internal/external clients.
