**Exciting opportunity for a Marketing All-Rounder to join our team**

**About You**

This is a diverse role requiring a self-starter who can manage all marketing tasks. Areas of responsibility are, but not limited to;
- Development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Website updates and managing a CMS, including content creation
- Collaborate to develop and execute marketing collateral, including product brochures, website content, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimise results.
- Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including website content, social media accounts, and online advertising.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and propose innovative ideas to improve marketing effectiveness.

**Your Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
- Proven experience in a marketing role, with a solid understanding of various marketing disciplines.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management tools, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience in Wordpress, Canva and Mailchimp is a plus

**Required**:

- A stable internet connection (both download and upload speed), a good computer are required
- This position provides you with an opportunity to work from home, however, a quiet workspace free from distractions and outside noise is required.
- Shift: Monday to Saturday, 6:00am to 3:00pm IST.
