**Main Purpose**:
The Quality Control Technician plays a pivotal role in managing **production processes, setting targets for technicians and workers, conducting random quality checks, and implementing Kaizen principles to enhance operational efficiency.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Provide targets and guidance to technicians and workers to meet production goals.
- Conduct random quality checks throughout the production process to identify defects or deviations.
- Implement Kaizen initiatives to continuously improve processes and eliminate waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain documentation and records related to quality control procedures and outcomes.
- Train employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Participate in audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality management systems.
