Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.

Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery terms.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.

Maintain and update records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.

Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Monitor inventory levels and plan material procurement accordingly.

Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all purchase activities.

Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in construction material procurement.

Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and market trends.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
