**Roles & Responsibilities**:
overseeing security operations across various locations, ensuring compliance with policies, managing security personnel, and responding to incidents, acting as a liaison between management and on-site staff. Key roles and responsibilities include conducting site inspections and patrols, monitoring surveillance equipment, authorizing access, responding to alarms and incidents, apprehending trespassers, and submitting reports.
- **Operational Oversight**:Field officers manage and oversee security operations across designated areas, ensuring efficiency and adherence to security protocols.
- **Site Inspections & Patrols**:Regularly inspecting premises, patrolling grounds, and checking for security vulnerabilities are crucial duties.
- **Surveillance & Monitoring**:Monitoring surveillance equipment and alarm systems to detect and respond to security breaches and suspicious activity is a core function.
- **Personnel Management**:This includes recruiting, training, and supervising security guards and supervisors, ensuring they are prepared for their duties.
- **Incident Response**:Responding promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, including assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- **Access Control & Enforcement**:Authorizing entry of authorized personnel and vehicles, and removing unauthorized individuals or trespassers from the property.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:Submitting detailed reports on daily surveillance activities, significant occurrences, and contributing to the analysis of security trends.
- **Liaison & Communication**:Serving as a link between the security management team and on-site security staff, as well as maintaining client relationships.
- **Security Planning & Development**:Assisting in the design and implementation of security strategies, procedures, and programs.
- **Asset Protection**:Protecting company assets and ensuring the safety of personnel and property through various security measures.
- **Training**:Providing security training to personnel, both at headquarters and in the field, and conducting on-site training for security guards.

Salary : 20000/- per month

Petrol allowances - Extra

Location : Alandhur

Adequate System knowledge required
