**Key Responsibilities**:

- Setup and prepare extrusion machines for production runs, including selecting appropriate dies, materials, and settings.
- Operate extrusion machines to produce plastic or packaging materials according to production schedules.
- Monitor machine parameters and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and maximize output.
- Conduct regular quality checks on the produced materials to ensure they meet specifications and make adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on extrusion equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous production.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents.
- Maintain accurate production records, including machine logs and quality control reports.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals and address any issues or concerns.
- Train and mentor junior operators as needed.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-7 years of experience as an Extrusion Machine Operator in the plastic or packaging industry.
- Proficiency in setting up and operating extrusion machinery, including knowledge of die changes, material handling, and troubleshooting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high product quality standards.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
