**Responsibilities**:
Develop Training Materials:
Create comprehensive training materials covering various aspects of the stock market, including fundamental and technical analysis, trading strategies, risk management, and market trends.

Deliver Training Programs:
Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for individuals or groups, both in-person and through online platforms.

Adapt training methods to cater to different learning styles and levels of expertise.

Stay Updated on Market Trends:
Keep abreast of current market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.

Provide Personalized Guidance:
Offer one-on-one consultations and personalized guidance to participants, addressing their specific questions and concerns related to the stock market.

Evaluate Participants:
Assess participants' progress and understanding through quizzes, practical exercises, and simulated trading sessions.

Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with Team:
Work closely with other trainers, analysts, and market experts to enhance training programs and incorporate diverse perspectives.

Continuous Improvement:
Regularly review and update training materials to reflect changes in the financial markets and incorporate feedback from participants.

Promote Training Programs:
Assist in marketing and promoting training programs to attract new participants.

Participate in industry events and seminars to enhance the visibility of the training offerings.

**Qualifications**:
Any Graduate.

Proven experience in stock market trading and investment analysis.

Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and trading strategies.

Excellent communication in English and Malayalam and presentation skills.

Experience in designing and delivering training programs.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
