Responsibilities:
b. Prior experience as a digital marketing trainer with at least 2 3 years of training experience.

c. The ability to explain digital marketing concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.

d. Should exhibit cool and calm behavioural traits. Explain concepts to students without getting frustrated.

e. The willingness to learn new concepts and stay in touch with the latest updates in digital marketing.

f. The ability to ensure batches are closed within the defined timeframe while not rushing through on course-delivery.

g. Proficient in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Mail Chimp, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Buffer, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

a. Responsible for training students in various modules in digital marketing

b. Keep track of industry best practices and incorporate the same in training delivery

c. Ensure consistency in training effectiveness. Do a dip-check of training delivered to understand gaps and take corrective measures

d. Learn new modules in digital marketing and incorporate learnings into training

e. Prepare modules, notes, presentations, case studies and other training material

f. Upload training content to ensure all batches get the relevant digital marketing material in time

g. Conduct workshops to help students exhibit their learnings

h. Conduct seminars to propagate the brand in-house and on-campus.

i. Ensure assignments are corrected and timely feedback is provided to students

j. Ensure timely completion of training within the stipulated time-frame is a must

k. Maintain and manage DFAs social media accounts

l. Maintain daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports

a. Prior experience of having worked as a Digital Marketing Trainer in an educational firm/training academy of repute is a must.

b. A minimum of 2 3 years of work experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer.

c. Excellent communication skills

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
