Admission Counselor/ HR Asstt
- **About the role**:_

The Admission Counselor is responsible for facilitating the admission of students into the school. This role involves providing information, guidance, and support to prospective students and their families, helping them navigate the admissions process and ensuring a seamless transition into the school community.
- **Job responsibilities**:_
- _Student Guidance:_
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families.
- Offer guidance to prospective students in selecting appropriate courses or programs based on their academic interests and goals.
- _Admissions Process:_
- Collaborate with the admissions committee to make informed admission decisions.
- _Student Interviews and Outreach:_
- Conduct interviews or informational sessions with prospective students and their families.
- Participate in school fairs, open houses, and recruitment events to promote the school and its educational offerings.
- _Relationship Building:_
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and guardians.
- Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service throughout the admissions process.
- Follow up with prospective students to assess their level of interest and guide them through next steps.
- _Data Management:_
- Generate reports and statistics related to admissions activities.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- _Admissions Events:_
- Assist in planning and executing admissions events, such as open houses, campus tours, and orientation programs.
- Represent the school at both on-campus and off-campus events to promote enrollment.
- **Requirements & Skills**:_
- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in school admissions, counseling, or a related field is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening.
- Familiarity with school admission processes and educational programs.
- Proficiency in using technology for record-keeping and communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Empathy and a student-centered approach.
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet the unique needs of prospective students and families.
- **Qualification**:_
- BBA or MBA in HR, very fluent in English and with experience of 5-6 yrs in similar role as Admission Counsellor /HR_
- **Additional Requirements**:_
- Knowledge of effective student recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Understanding of relevant educational regulations and standards.
- Professional and positive representation of the school.
- Commitment to the school's mission, values, and educational philosophy.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
