**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development and Delivery**:

- Design and implement nursing course materials and lesson plans.
- Deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and demonstrations to nursing students.
- Ensure course content aligns with current industry standards and evidence-based practices.

**Clinical Training and Supervision**:

- Supervise students during clinical rotations and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols.
- Provide hands-on training in various clinical procedures and patient care techniques.

**Evaluation and Feedback**:

- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and clinical evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic and professional growth.

**Mentorship and Guidance**:

- Offer academic and career counseling to students.
- Inspire students to excel in their nursing careers and foster a culture of continuous learning.

**Professional Development and Compliance**:

- Stay updated with advancements in nursing education and healthcare practices.
- Ensure all teaching practices meet institutional and accreditation standards.

**Qualifications and Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred).
- 3-4 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Prior experience in teaching or training is a strong advantage.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with educational technology and tools for online and in-person teaching.
