**As a Shift Supervisor, your work will focus on the following responsibilities**:

- Hands on experience in Operation and Maintenance of Wartsila 34DF Engines, 6R32LN HFO/HSD Engines and DIESEL ROATARY UPS. Having Diesel Rotary UPS System Experience is an added advantage.
- Well versed with DG synchronizing, Island and parallel operation of DG's
- Experience in Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of LT & HT Switchgear, Generators, Transformers, Circuit breakers, Motors, Protection Relays and AVRs.
- Well versed in Trouble shooting and Maintenance of PCC and MCC.
- Hands on Experience with UNICC3 & PLCs and related Automation systems.
- Knowledge of WOIS & WISE systems.
- Knowledge of Fire detection and Control Systems & Gas Leak Detection systems trouble shooting and Maintenance.
- Experience in Detailed Planning of long-term Annual Operation and Maintenance Plans and Spare Parts.
- Experience in Maintenance & Trouble shooting of auxiliary's system.
- Problem solving and Analytical skills.
- Identifying the pain points of customer and resolving the same.
- Understanding and Implementation of the contract agreements with the customers.
- Knowledge & Implementation of HIRAC and adherence to LOTO systems.
- A safety-first mind-set.
- Working knowledge of Maximo
- Open mind to Analyse critical technical issues and take steps to resolve the same.
- Ability to smoothly gel with work groups of Wartsila and Customers having multi-national / Multi cultural and multi-language work force.
- Respect to the local culture.
- Adherence to following the law of the land.

**To be successful in this role, we expect you to have**:
**Education**:

- Diploma or BE Electrical.
- Valid C Licence or applied for is a must

**Experience**:

- 6-8 years of Gas based powerplant experience.
