**Job Summary-**
For the role of Steward/Stewardess at Cafe Bai Mu Dan, we are seeking a providing, attentive, personalized service for our guests. It is required to ensure each customer enjoys a memorable dining experience in line with our commitment and attention to detail.
**Roles and Responsibilities-**
- **Greeting and Seating Guests**: Welcoming customers, confirming reservations, and guiding guests to their seats.
- **Customer Service**: Taking orders, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring guests’ needs are met throughout their visit.
- **Serving Food and Beverages**: Delivering orders to tables accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining presentation standards.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Ensuring tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and well-organized.
- **Stocking Supplies**: Refilling condiments, napkins, and other table essentials to keep the area well-stocked.
- **Managing Customer Payments**: Handling billing, processing payments, and providing receipts or invoices.
**Qualifications-**
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time efficiently.
- Team-oriented and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
