**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide expert advice to clients on travel destinations, packages, itineraries, and services.
- Book flights, hotels, tours, transportation, and other travel services as per client requirements.
- Customize travel packages to suit clients’ preferences and budgets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and visa requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and partners to secure the best deals and ensure seamless bookings.
- Prepare and deliver itineraries, travel documents, and confirmations to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar role within the travel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of travel booking systems.
- Strong understanding of travel destinations, packages, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- High school diploma required; a degree in Travel, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
