**Position Title**: E-commerce Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our online presence on various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, and others. Your primary focus will be on product listings, order processing, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Listings**:
Create and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and specifications.
Optimize product content for search visibility and customer engagement.
Regularly update product information, pricing, and promotions as needed.

**Order Processing**:
Monitor and process incoming orders promptly and accurately.
Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies to maintain customer satisfaction.

**Inventory Management**:
Maintain accurate inventory levels on e-commerce platforms.
Implement inventory replenishment strategies to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with digital records.

**Customer Service**:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with customer service teams to address and resolve customer issues related to online orders.
Work towards enhancing the overall customer experience on e-commerce platforms.

**Marketplace Analysis**:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in e-commerce platform policies.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product expansion and optimization.

**Promotions and Campaigns**:
Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and visibility.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align online promotions with overall marketing strategies.

**Analytics and Reporting**:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular reports and insights on e-commerce performance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Familiarity with product listing processes, order management, and inventory control.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and associated tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and promotional strategies is a plus.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kalkaji, New Delhi - 110019, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
