**Role Description**

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Process Associate to join our team in Jaipur. You will be responsible for providing end-to-end support to parents seeking home tuition services, connecting with provided leads over the phone, understanding their requirements, and converting these leads into loyal customers by offering personalized tutoring solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:*
- Lead Management: Connect with leads via calls, understand their specific requirements related to home tutoring, and provide tailored solutions.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to parents, including selecting appropriate tutors, scheduling demo classes, and ensuring smooth communication between parents and tutors.
- Communication Skills: Ensure clear, positive, and effective communication with parents and customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Feedback Collection: Follow up with parents to gather feedback on the tutor’s performance and overall experience after the successful placement of tutors.
